Why my CakePro 770A keeps moving the tray forward and says out of paper. ? Inkedibles CakePro770A Direct to Food printer Direct to Food Edible Printers

I can print the Nozzle check pattern fine but every time I try to print something even just a test print from windows 10 settings page It gives an out of paper error. The tray is all the way back when I start the print but immediately moves all the way forward. Is there a paper setting wrong?

Make sure that the paper setting is set to A4 size and that borderless printing is NOT checked. Also, ensure that the full driver is installed for the Inkedibles printer and not just the generic drivers which Windows installs. Please see your user manual for Driver installation links.
